For over 15 years, I’ve helped women around the world restore peace in their bodies and connection in their relationships — blending neuroscience, yoga therapy, and somatic recalibration.

After years of watching women “try harder” through talk therapy and communication tools that never stuck, I discovered something deeper:
 "Love doesn’t return when you talk about it — it returns when your nervous system feels safe again."

Today, through my signature Rise Radiantly program, I guide women through a 90-day body, mind, and nervous-system reset that helps them stop over-giving, start feeling cherished, and bring intimacy back — without begging, fixing, or pretending.
